Membership Policy
Alliance Dental Care was created to help patients without insurance have a place to receive dental care at a more affordable cost. To maintain our low fees, should a cancellation be made effective, there is a 3-year waiting period before membership can be reinstated. Our monthly membership fees are what allow us to reduce our services by over 50% and are essential in our ability to continue our practice model. Thank you for your understanding and loyal membership.
Financial Policy
The financial policy at Alliance Dental care is “pay at the time of service”. One way we keep our fees low is by eliminating the cost of running a billing, collections, or insurance department. We try to be very aware of our patient’s financial concerns and create treatment plans by priority of need, thus making care attainable. We offer CareCredit as a third-party health financing partner.
Children Policy
Children can be added to a member’s plan at no additional membership cost. While we are not set up to offer comprehensive pediatric care, we can help maintain your child’s preventative care at a more affordable cost. Each child will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis based on cooperativeness and dental needs. This evaluation will help us determine if Alliance Dental Care can provide the care needed or if your child will need to be referred to a pediatric dentist for their care.
